RESERVATION & DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The resort peak weeks in summer goes from Saturday to Saturday. Winter peak season is by date Dec 26-Jan 2 .
Mid & Off season are a 3 night min and most check in on the weekends are Thursday or Friday only, no Saturday check-ins in the winter season.
Check-In: 3:30 pm • Check-Out: 9:00 am unless otherwise stated.
A $300 Deposit for each WEEKEND stay in “Off Season”is required to hold a reservation.
A deposit of $500 for “Mid Season”is required to hold a reservation.
Weekly deposits in “Peak Season” will be based on the size of the cabin:
- 2 bedroom = $700.00
- 3 bedroom = $900.00
- 4 bedroom = $1200.00
All requests and deposits will be promptly acknowledged.
All Rates are “base rates” for a specific season time and base number of people in a particular cabin. Additional persons may be added for an extra charge in season specific times.
Rates Include & incorporated into price: Use of facilities, in season specific times, one 17′ rowboat per cabin plus seasonal amenities and all trails fees for our over night guests. All organized activities in season specific times. January-February checkins are Thursdays or Fridays with a 3 night min.
Linen Rentals: Afterglow does not provide linens but may be rented and picked up in the office for additional fees.
- Sheets (all sizes) – $15.00 per set which can be picked up in the office
- Bath towel/washcloth or kitchen towels/dishcloth: $2.50 per set
Arrangements must be made in advance because we use a linen service.
Dogs – Specific permission is required prior to arrival plus $20 per night per dog charge ( 2 dog min ) plus an additional $150.00 deposit per dog per stay. Dogs are only permitted mid-and off-season in certain cabins. No dogs allowed in summer or in the main Lodge. Dogs are not allowed on the XC ski trails in the winter. Owners are responsible for ALL cleanup and dogs must be leashed in the main area.
Cancellation Policy Peak Season (most cabins here are reserved one year in advance for peak season)
- 9-12 months’ prior notice – 50% of the deposit will be retained
- 9 or less months’ notice – 100% of the deposit will be retained
Cancellation Policy Mid & Off Season
6 or less months’ notice – 75% of deposit will be retained only if cabin is filled, otherwise, 100% will be retained.
